Join Sally for a luscious afternoon of self-care. We’ll practice turning our attention inward just as the trees do in winter. We’ll work with yin yoga postures for the lung meridian (think shoulder openers, letting go and breathing life back into the body). We’ll practice a variety of shorter somatic meditations in both seated and reclined positions. Suitable for all levels.
