Meet Sally

Sally Miller is the founder and primary teacher for The Somatic Meditation Center. Sally started meditating with Buddhist monks when she was 18 and spent the last 26 years experimenting with how to integrate meditation into daily life without using it as a tool to escape. Sally has studied with world-renowned masters of meditation in various lineages and enjoys teaching meditation from a humble, curious and compassionate place.
